• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
• 25% deposit on booking; remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, full amount payable on booking.
• Payment may be made by check or wire transfer or through PayPal.  Details provided on booking.
• Rental is normally made from Saturday to Saturday, but we will consider other possibilities.
• The rental rate is all-inclusive - no extras!
• No security deposit required. We trust that you will treat the home as your own and pay for any damages.
• The rental rate includes final cleaning.  However, if you would like interim cleaning, you may hire our housekeeper for 10 euros per hour.
